Frequently Asked Questions

What types of events is BigBadBooth best suited for?

BigBadBooth specializes in brand activations, corporate events, and product launches. Whether you're a Fortune 500 brand or planning a milestone celebration, we customize every experience to fit your event's vibe and goals.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak event seasons (spring and fall). Popular dates can fill up quickly, so reaching out 4–8 weeks in advance is ideal. For large brand activations or custom builds, earlier is always better.

Do you travel for events outside your local area?

Yes! BigBadBooth operates nationwide. We've serviced events in Atlanta, Miami, New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, Orlando, Austin, Phoenix, Washington D.C., and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on your location, your quote will include all relevant details.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Setup typically takes 1–2 hours depending on the booth type and whether a custom backdrop or set is involved. Our team handles everything from load-in to load-out so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Which booth is right for my event?

It depends on your goals! If you want shareable social content with a wow factor, the 360 Booth is a crowd favorite. For a cutting-edge AI transformation experience, the AI Photo Booth is our newest and most buzzworthy option. If you want traditional photos and GIFs for social sharing, the Photo/GIF Booth is a reliable choice. For high-production branded video content, the Studio Video Booth delivers cinema-level results. Not sure? Just tell us your event size and goals and we'll recommend the best fit.

Can I brand the booth and content with my company's logo or theme?

Absolutely. Customization is one of BigBadBooth's biggest differentiators. You can brand the booth platform, videos, overlays, digital backgrounds, and physical backdrops. Our design team will work with you to bring your brand vision to life.

Is there an attendant on-site during the event?

Yes. Every BigBadBooth rental comes with a trained event professional on-site for the duration of your event. Unlike other providers who drop off equipment and leave, our crew stays the entire time to ensure everything runs smoothly and your guests have the best possible experience.
